Dust2Glow Referral Program
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the Dust2Glow Referral Program. “Dust2Glow”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the website https://dust2glowcleaning.com.au/. “You” and “your” refer to participants in the referral program.
- Taking part in Dust2Glow Rewards. Customers aged 18 or older with a Dust2Glow account and a unique referral link may participate in the referral program. By participating, you agree to these terms.
- Introducing a new customer. Your referred friend must be aged 18 or older and must not have previously completed an eligible cleaning service with Dust2Glow. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals that do not meet these eligibility requirements are excluded.
- $20 off for your friend. Your friend receives $20 off their first eligible cleaning service when the booking total is at least $200 before the discount. They must use your unique referral link or applicable referral code when booking. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing booking.
- $20 in cleaning credits for you. You receive $20 in Dust2Glow cleaning credits when your referred friend completes their first eligible cleaning service and pays for the booking in full. The reward is added to your account after the completed service and payment have been verified.
- Using and keeping your rewards. Referral credits can be used towards eligible Dust2Glow cleaning services. They are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and have no cash value. Your referral credits do not expire. Each referred friend can qualify for the discount once. Referral discounts and credits cannot be combined with other promotions unless Dust2Glow expressly permits it.
- When a referral does not qualify. No reward is issued if the booking is cancelled, the service is not completed, or payment is not made in full. If a booking is later refunded, disputed, charged back, or found to involve fraud, Dust2Glow may reverse the associated reward where permitted by law. We may also decline rewards or restrict program access where there is reasonable evidence of self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, or other deliberate misuse.
- Referral records and program updates. You are responsible for sharing your referral link. Dust2Glow may record referral and booking information to verify eligibility, apply discounts, and issue credits. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Dust2Glow may amend, suspend, or discontinue the program where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and valid rewards already earned will be honoured except where reversal is permitted under these terms or required by law.
- Your rights and contacting Dust2Glow. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For questions about referrals, discounts, or credits, visit dust2glowcleaning.com.au.
